Bob helps parties find solutions to their disputes. While every mediation is unique, Bob's curiosity, persistence, experience, and empathy ensure that the parties fully explore the ways their dispute might be resolved.
Format - Both In-Person and Zoom mediations can be effective, but the choice should be made consciously and thoughtfully. Bob is open to either format and can talk with counsel and the parties about the best option for their dispute.

Mediation Statements - Each party will have the opportunity to submit a confidential, brief statement of the factual and legal issues, a description of previous settlement efforts, an analysis of all parties’ interests in the dispute and settlement, and the names and positions of all persons who will attend the mediation. The statements are not sent to other parties. They are a confidential opportunity to share with the mediator candid information and insights.
Fees - A flat daily fee covers all preparation and up to ten hours of mediation. The fee varies based on the number of parties, the type of dispute being mediated, and whether travel will be required.

Deposit - Mediation fees are due upon confirmation to hold the chosen date. The deposit will be refunded if the mediation is canceled 30 days prior to the scheduled date.
